Urban Communications has just recently entered the market but has made noise with its instant impact. The company’s outstanding growth rate has been fueled by its exceptional level of professionalism and its clientele has grown significantly since its incorporation.
The founders of the company began brainstorming business ideas; their vision, ambition and creativity led them to stumble upon the idea of Urban Communication- not just a customer support service, but a one-stop shop for any business of any size.
Urban Communication’s founders are not the type to dwell over an idea for long. Only after a month of discussing the idea, Urban Communications was registered in the UK and its offshore office was set up.
The first set of interviews were held, through which the company employed excellent employees which proved to be valuable assets and helped the company mainstream its operations at an unbelievable rate.
On the 3rd of December, Urban Communications went live with its very first client. Although things were shaky at the start, it became clear that the Directors and Managers of this company could take this firm as far as they envisioned it to go as long as they keep putting in the effort.
Our very first clients were so satisfied with our service and the increase in business that they had experienced within just two and a half months that other companies could not help but notice. In February, UC signed with its second client
Within just 6 months of incorporation, UC had grown so much that they had to purchase new equipment every month to accommodate their new clients and also their initial clients which kept increasing the magnitude of services.
Urban Communications had maxed out its office space and could no longer accommodate more employees in its head office. With more and more clients wanting to sign with the company, it was now time to open a second, much larger office. This new office planned to host some of the new clients and also become the IT hub for Urban Communications.
